fluid in the fallopian tubes
I was experiencing excruciating pain in the abdomen for a a few months last year 2010 and then in Sept 2010 i was diagnosed with hydrasalpinx in my left fallopian tube and in nov 2010 i went into hospital for an opp to remove the infected tube however the gynocologist told me after the operation that the tube could not be removed and was drained of the fluid and clipped with filshie clips due to safety reason as the tube was too close to the bowel. After the opp i felt constant pain which lingered on and then went for another scan which revealed the hydrasalpinx has returned in the same fallopian tube and the MRI scan revealed this week that the tube has got worse and if filling up with fluid and now i am awaiting another appointment for another opp. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? why is my tube too close to the bowel? can there a problem with bowel?
what pain relief can be taken with tramadol. naproxin and cocodiene?
