Painless colourless lump inside mouth
Yesterday I noticed a small painless and colourless lump on the innerside of my lower lip could someone please explain what it could possibly be I am a smoker and am worried it may be mouth cancer.

If you are worried about that, then go and see a Periodontist, or oral surgeon ASAP. However, it could be the begining of an ulcer painful and gone in about 3-10 days. I have them all the time, but I dont use any tobacco.

I should mention that my father is a periodontist and my wife is a hygienist. I just asked her when she got home and she said if its painless then it should definately be checked. ASAP
