bladder infection? PLEASE HELP

I've had ALL the symtoms of a bladder infection for a few weeks now, burning when I pee, urinating frequently, sharp pains in my very lower abdoman ( I guess that's what you'd call it), and I feel kinda swollen down there, my pee is a little darker than normal too, but I went to the dr yesterday and had a bladder infection test and she said I didn't have one and that she couldn't give me antibotics...what could this be?

The urine being darker than normal means you need more water to drink....the urine is concentrated.
You could be having bladder spasms rather than an infection. If you continue with this maybe to to a urologist if your doctor won't check it further...you shouldn't be burning like this..
