Blood filled pimples on my gentials

I have been tested for STD;s but I get these small blood filled pimple on my private area? Any Ideas?

hey--do you shave your lower area? because you can get bumps and when you pop them they can be full of blood-my sister and I both can say this is common when shaving in that area. take care

Do u start getting them at a certian age?
I have a few of them and I only started getting them a few months ago. I have been shaving for 8yrs in my vaginal area. Is there anyway to cure them?
