Numbness/Tinglinng in the groin/inner thigh area
So this stuff has been bothering me for the last two months now. I have made an appointment with the neurology specialist, but it's not for months, so maybe someone here has an idea or a similar problem.
It actually began one afternoon after inline skating (I have been skating for a couple of months prior), there was strong tingling in the right side of my inner thigh and groin (testicles, etc.). I've tried to mark it on a diagram below. Sorry for the low quality
This tingling sensation lasted about half a day and then it went away. And from then on I have been having these strange symptoms in the same area, such as slight tingling at times, loss of sensation (feels different to the touch), soreness. It has more or less stayed the same, with some better and worse days.
I don't know if skating has much effect on this, after skating I do get some slight pain in this are and the symptoms seem a bit more noticeable. I have since taken a break from skating for like a month, but the symptoms are mostly still there, so I don't know really.
So does anyone have any useful information on this or perhaps prior experience? I really want to continue skating but not if the problem is going to get worse. Maybe a change of activity (cycling and such)?
