Pimples/ingrown hairs under WOMENS breast

Help me for some time now i have had pimples or as the doctors thinks it is ingrown hairs, or fungus because i sweet under my boosem. I have used cream that he gave me from the dermatolgist, but that has not help at all for about 6 months or more. I cant stand it. I can squeeze them and little white stuff comes out. i have used cleracil for pimples daily, powder for drying them keeping them dry. help so i can get rid of this

I struggle with pimples under my breast area, in particular under my right breast. I get uncomfortable and then I try and pop the pimple and it causing bruising and blisters sometimes. I often have to not wear a bra for a while as it is healing. I have tried the new Band-Aid (silver box) blister bandages that can be worn for multiple days and it is supposed to promote faster healing. But since the breast area is so tender, it takes a while for the bruising to go away. I also use neo-sporin and Gold Bond Medicated powder to keep cool in the summer. The way I am going to deal with this is to lose weight, as I think if I slim down, my breasts won't be rubbing so much underneath. It is a pain!
