bad memory since marajuana use now crippling me and always getting worse

Hi, a bad memory i have, it all happened after i used marajuana,, i was taken to hospital,, must like like 10 yrs ago already, kind of overdose, but i was silly, i did it again a few months later due to peer pressure, and ever since then i have felt out of it... my memory is getting to the stage where im forgetting everything,, ive been to doctors in the past and they think theres nothing wrong with me and they say that if i dont use marajuana now then its out of my system, but the thing was ,, it caused some kind of damage,, and im so afraid its turning into like dementia or something? i can feel myself slowing down alot.... any solutions for me?

I might also add in that im 25 years old, caucasian, i was disagnosed with aspergers and have pretty much suffered that all my life..

I often leave the gas on after cooking, get confused at the order of food preperation,, i might look at something and wonder was it always like that, sometimes i get memorys that come back to me from a much earlier event. i feel sad when i remember a memory, i feel like now im getting worse and slowing down i cant do what i used to be able to do, i know im suffering from a bit of depression now, but who wouldnt after going through this..

i drift from day to day, i often dont remember or struggle to recollect what i had to eat the day before,, , what i did,, unless im reminded,, its just not there,,
i feel out of it all the time,, funny thing is i cant drink alcohol, drink coffee, be around smoking, marajuana especially, it makes my condition worse,, and it really hits me hard the next day,
i find the as the day goes longer i feel more out of it,, and thats when i can get panick attacks or odd feelings,

So far, i had an mri like 2 yrs ago and an eeg,, the mri showed some damage/bruising to the temple lobe area?
i had a further mri and eeg this week, and believe it or not it showed nothing,, and i was told that would be permanent,
maybe i believe for it to be the medication im taking? im on Fish Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Zinc,,
but still the memory problems haunt me and make my day to day activities difficult and give me no confidence for the future ofcourse,
my Neurologist diagnosed me with Suspected TLE - Temporal lobe epilepy, so far have failed to find anything to suggest it, and to me tle seems like episodes, where as i have this all the time, and it moderates from normal to worse if im associated with alcohol,smoking,, not that i do it, but to breathe the fumes is enough, and ill be out of it later that day and the next day - afternoon especially, its so odd,
i never suffer from hallucinations, ive always been very smart and before i touched marajuana my memory was perfect and i had a bright future and i was very smart as a kid, as many people with aspergers and austism are...
your comments, or solutions, ideas are much welcome, please help me before one day i fear at such an early age ill end up needing 24/7 care.

You know, I'm a legally prescribed-to long-term medical marijuana user and don't particularly suffer from any sort of memory impairment, even though I have access to high grade marijuana and smoke copious quantities. I excel at school & work. I study Geology, which means I have to take a lot of physics, chemistry and calculus classes. Many of my associates also use marijuana, both medically and recreationally and don't suffer from any obvious impairment.

If marijuana is indeed the cause of your malady, there are a few things that you might consider: 1. Perhaps you are allergic to marijuana. 2. Perhaps you have smoked moldy marijuana that was cured improperly. Marijuana is susceptible to a couple of neurotoxic mold growths which can cross the blood-brain barrier and cause severe impairment, much like meningoencephalitis.
