vision change

I have over the past week been havin stiff neck and temple pains, with this i have had a slight change in my vision namely my one eye is pushing objects further away (right eye) and colour is not so intense on the eye (ie: red is dull and no vibrance in it) yet on the other hand, my left eye has not changed, it has all the opposite symtoms, happening so fast i think something is wrong, I've not yet been to the dr but have put in eye drops and ointment to try help, but no change

First go see a doctor. Any other symptoms like jaw pain, etc?
