Nerve Entrapment to thighs following a Perineal Prostaectomy.
I would be most interested to find out if any one has had a Radical Perineal Prostectomy whith the legs in the extended lithotmy postion, and subsequently developed a nerve entrapment known as Meralgia paresthitica, and was such possible nerve damage advised prior to the surgery

Re: Nerve Entrapment to thighs following a Perineal Prostaectomy.
I would be very interested to know if any person has experienced nerve entrapment syndrome with entapment of the lateral femoral cutanous nerve billateraly following a perineal prostectomy when the legs were placed in the extended lithotomy position.
Also was such a possiblitity advised prior to surgery ,and how detailed was the counselling and consetting process.
