Random Throbbing Pain in arms & legs
I get these random very strong and painful throbbings. The weird thing is that it jumps from one side to the other, for example.
left calf bone to right upper arm bone and yes it feels like its the bone and it usually just in one spot for about a min of intense throbbing before leaving. Its been in my thigh bone, both arms, both legs and the past couple of years its started coming now into my hands and feet. No, not the joints at all, just the long bones or atleast that is what it feels like.
Any help would be appreciated

Re: Random Throbbing Pain in arms & legs
It sounds as though I have the same symptoms as you. For me, it was induced when I was placed on DSMA, a metal detox drug almost 2 months ago. I am in the midst of figuring this out and wanted to point you to a B12 thread that may be helpful to you. I have CFS and Fibro and this protocol has my Dr's interest peaked.
For me, I am finding that if I take at least 6000mcg of Country Life adenosyl b-12 (dibencozide), along with all of the cofactors, my pain is alleviated for several hours. I suspect a nutrient deficiency. Best wishes.
