chronic nasal congestion vs autoimmune disease
I suffer from severe sinus congestion. Only prednisone seems to help as the nasal sprays and nasal steroids make it worse. Even after having polyps removed it persists. I have been told it may be caused by an autoimmune disease. If this turns out to be true I know that there is no cure short of taking medicines that may have negative side effects. Is there any natural way that I can treat this?

If you can buy Eucalyptus Oil, put a drop in boiled water in a plastic bucket, cover your head with a towel and gently inhale the steam. This will open up the nasal cavity which will enable the mucuos congestion to flow out easily. Do this in the morning and evening before bedtime. I was a sinus candidate until an experienced ENT doctor recommeded this treatment. Guest
