Small bumps on skin

I have tiny bumps about the size of a pen tip all over my elbows,forearms, and also a few around my nipples. I have no idea what they could be and if its just a sign i should eat healthier or what.

Could be several different things! one breaks out in a rash in response to many different agents like: heat.medications, infections etc, You may need prescription topical cortisone like Locoid Lippo Cream or Clobex depending on the severity of your rash.
