Default Hormones or something else...

My name is Chris and I'm 32yrs old. I've had 4 pregnancies seemingly uneventful although the last pg took almost 2yrs while the others where instant. I developeed POTS after my 3rd pregnancy (only take celexa to treat and high salt diet
) but other then that am very healthy.

Over the past 6 months, I've noticed my menstrual cycles become more and more irregular, approx a dozen thick black hairs growing on my neck/chin (previously not there), thickening mustache, hair growth on my breasts (again very thick and black, had few thin nipple hairs since teen years but now extending to breast itself, at least 40 per side) and I've been steadily gaining weight for the past year (approx 30lbs). I also have very painful ovulation and cramp off and on throughout my cycle. I get acne only during ovulation and my period but otherwise my face stays clear.
My MD first thought PCOS but all my lab values seem to be within normal ranges along with my LH/FSH ratio being 1:1. I must note that he didn't not evaluate cholesterol levels and a couple others that are normally done nor did I have an U/S.
He can't explain why this is happenning to me. Any ideas that I could mention to him? This can't be just age since 32 really isn't that old.

My mom developed hairs on her chin shortly before she was diagnosed with cancer. It was a lung tumor that had spread to her brain, and apparently it was a testosterone-producing tumor.

Have they checked your testosterone levels?

And do you use a wireless phone? - both cell phones and cordless phones - they've been linked to brain tumors.

Yes that was one of the hormones that they did check and thankfully it was normal.
