I mean no offense to any moderators or posters but I only have a question about some words and their definitions. My wife was given an assignment on "hydroencephalitis"(this is only a portion of the problem). I have searched to no avail online and at the local library and now turn to you. Is there a difference between hydroencephalitis, encephalitis, and hydrocephalus? The question has already been posed to her dean and she swears hydroencephalitis has alot of research available but I can't find it. Any help would be most appreciated.
