I need help, please? I'm kind of worried.
Okay, I'm 13 y.o, I know I'm still young and stuff. (I don't know if people might pick on me for being young or whatever.)
Well on May 1st I think it was, I had this panic attack. It was like a regular panic attack I guess, so I went to the doctor to see if it was actually a panic attack and they said maybe it was. I've had a couple of other minor panic attacks after my first one. When school ended, I stopped having them a little bit. So my mom thought it was stress in school, but I doubted it. So the doctors told my parents that I had an appointment with a neurologist on Aug. 3rd, but I never went.. after like around July I started having headaches that last like 10-15 seconds. but the headaches are extremely painful and if not painful it's annoying, I have them like at the right side of my head at the back/middle or on the left side of my head in the back/middle or in the middle at the back (above my neck probably). Not only that, but I've been having ear pain a lot in my right ear. About 2-3 days ago I've been feeling weak and shaking at times and I have pain in my knees sometimes. I don't know if it's anything I should be concerned about, but I am getting worried. Anyone have any ideas what it can be?
Thanks in advance.

I'd say mistrust your food. Through the day write down all you eat and drink, as well as any meds taken. When something shows up, see what ingredients you had earlier that day. You may also want to see my humble advice at http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=63429 - specific comment http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/sho...056#post196056 - I explained there how well a Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) doctor helped us, and what diet to try. This can be done short term to experiment. A lot of poison goes into processed foods. You can www.google.com them for horror stories, try danger aspartame for one example. Natural stuff like soy can also do damage .. If only more people would be like you and listen to their bodies - and not only once they have 2 weeks left to live. Do learn more about food, one day you may have kids to keep alive, and soon you may have to advise friends. Don't believe much from officials and agencies as they serve interesting masters. Rather keep listening to your body.

I began my migraines at your age, they sometimes come with hormonal changes.
It is very important to keep a food diary with your headache diary.
You will be amazed to learn which foods can trigger your headaches.
I've heard of pineapple in some people. My trigger is soy.
Sometimes beans cause a headache. You need to keep your own diary to find out what is bringing yours on.
I had panic attacks BAD about 10 years ago. One day I had one while I was driving. I stopped the car and I said out loud to the air, "That's it! I've had enough of this garbage. NO MORE panic attacks! I REFUSE them!"
I said it firmly and I've only had 2 or 3 more in the past 10 years. (It's worth a try.)

Oh okay, because when I had gone to the doctor my mother told him that all I ate all day, everyday, was cheerios and milk, and he responded saying that it was good? My mother got aggravated with him. So I stopped doing that, and I eat normally everyday now. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But in classes I start getting the headaches. Now, I'm starting to get a little bit blurry on my right eye and I'm starting to forget things. I told my mother about this and she said she was going to get in contact with the neurologist again, but she never did. This was like about 5 days ago, and every time I ask her if she got in contact with him, she always makes up an excuse.
