permanent pimple on my nose :(

Hello,

I have a pimple on the right side of my nose. It has been there since 4 to
5 years, it doesnt hurt. But it has become permanent..
About 2 years ago..I did go to a skin doctor..he tried to treat it with injections..
but it didnt work..
And recently I went to another skin doctor..he gave me some creams and said...
it will vanish within months..but i havent seen any difference..and I am
very disappointed. plz help.

Its pretty big..and looks weird..
Please give suggetions..

Pimples are not permanent, so therefore we can easily establish that because of the length of time you have had this spot, that it is certainly not one. There are numerous things that will cause what you describe, and just about every one will not be affected by a cream. I would estimate that there is about a 97% chance that what you have can only be made to go away by physical removal.
