I had two pneumothorax,then i done pleurodesis...after???

Hello to all you reading this message,as you read to the title i had one pneumothorax after running to the army then with the chest tube they said i will be ok.After 15 days i had the same problem again,so the doctors said that i have to do surgery(pleurodesis),as i done.So to finish,now 20 days has past after the surgery and i feel far better except the little pain to the side of the surgery,i want to ask,after three months which my doctor told that i have to rest,can i do work out running and gym???or i have to dont touch lifts again???Anyone who know about this problem plz answer me.

I'm in about the same boat as you. Ive been army over 9 years.. Had two pneumothoraxes and then blebectomy and pleurodesis on both lungs a couple weeks ago. I really don't feel like I'm going to be able to do my full routine of pt anymore. Not for a long time. I talk to the doc in a few days, so we'll see what he has to say about it.
