Last year my boyfriend and I tried having sex for the first time but he was unable to penetrate me. We tried several times after and he was never really able to get deep inside me (only maybe the head of his *****) and there was an intense burning/stinging pain like I was being split apart.

I read about this condition called vaginismus and think I may have it. I was wondering if there is anyone else out there with the condition who could share their input, stories, advice, etc. because last night he was finally able to penetrate me fully. It still hurt, but I was wondering if it's possible to overcome vaginismus on our own just by slowly working up to full penetration, or maybe I was just really really nervous and uptight before? I haven't been to a gyno yet and am going to schedule an appointment this week. I just wanted to hear what others had to say.

Also, today I looked on my underwear and saw a brownish streak, kinda like what you see when your period comes to an end, only not as thick. I've also seen it before the day after we've "had sex," only back then he wasn't able to enter me fully.
