oral sex, stds and abdominal discomfort

2 weeks ago I put myself in a stupid situation whereby I allowed a gay guy to perform oral sex on me. 48 hours later I was feeling uncomfortable on *****, and convinced I'd picked something up. Also by then I developed a stinking cold.

over the next week I had had increasing sensations of needing to pee reguarly and had occassional bouts of diahorrea. Off food.

No cloudy urine
No discharge (that I was aware of)
No pain on peeing

However, very worried (guilt partly) so went to STD clinic. Initial swabs showed nothing on microscopic examination and urine tests negative. Held urine in for 3-4 hours prior to testing. Dr reassured and sent swabs/blood samples off. Results back later this week.

Spent too long on internet looking into symptoms! Very worried - especially about low abdomen pain, redness on tip of ***** and abdominal ache on right side just below rib cage (feel bloated) and diahorrea persists. Very smelly.

Went back to STD clinic 2 days after first visit. Again check up showed nothing - but still waiting for lab results (due in >1week). Worried I could have a viral STD such as hepatitis, but not sure how quick symptoms show, nor how likely it is from oral sex. I am vaccinated to HepB, althoughabout 10 years ago,

Very worried.

It could be alot of guilt and embarsement causing these symptoms probably nothing but sure better quit putting yourself in those situations ,
