I have a problem with my knee. When I excercise and I try to say walk up stairs my knee just gives way. It's as if the ligaments holding my upper and lower leg are slightly too long and when I excercise they get longer and cannot take any exentric pressure such as walking upstairs, a sudden sideways movement.
In every day use when i sit and raise my foot up and down the joint grinds and isn't a smooth action.
