thyroid or menapause??

hello im a 39 year old female and well i have been going through **** and need some advise,
it started 3 months ago when i started feeling dizzy and felt like i couldnt breath properly now i have had panick attacks many years ago quite bad where i couldnt leave the house so my first thought was oh no they have come back again so now i am again too scared to leave the house i can get in the car to take kids to school but as for going into a shop well i just cant make myself which also means i cannot go to the doctors i have tried but my brain and body are telling me otherwise which i know is silly i know its all in my head i called my doctor and he said yes panick attacks come and get some medication but i dont like the anti anxiety tablets,
my mum told me she thinks it is an overactive thyroid as she had it and too my aunty,
a friend told me im going through menapause,
my symptoms are:

heart palpatations constantly
trouble swallowing
trembling hands
night sweats
feeling very hot in the face but no redness
constantly feel like im going to fall over very unbalanced on my feet
anxious

Hi michelle,

While at 39 you're a bit young (average age of menopause = 45-55) it's not out of the question. Your symptoms strongly point to menopause rather than hyperthyroidism. Here's some good information:

How's everything going? Don't mind blaze. He/she (not sure) appears to have a fixated belief that the lion's share of medical maladies are caused by either electro-sensitivity, electromagnetic frequencies, radio frequencies...or any combination thereof.

What I find most interesting is that menopause has been quietly occurring all over our planet for untold years...many years both BEFORE and after the appearance of the majority of the phenonema that blaze espouses to.

im still feeling a little weird but getting better since i got a job,
i do have to get to the docs to verify why im feeling this way,
i dont know about what blaze is saying never heard of it,
