I am 37 yr. old Male. I have a strong chemical hot smell in My nose when I exhale. I feel kind of clammy in My hands and arms. I am very lathargic and tired most of the time. My saliva and urine are low ph 5.0-6.5 I'v been tested for valley fever, aids, hepatitis, thyroid function, multiple blood panel's, pulminary function, lung ex ray's. WHAT THE H. IS GOING ON?????
