    Default Critical or minor? and can it be cured?

    Topic^^..Recently, frm the past 2 days, i've been urinating nonstop...after i went to the toilet, im forced to urine in ma pants becox i could not resist it and could not stop itToT...so thats why.And when i pee, i dont feel any pain or burn.Like i mentioned be4, im forced to urine in ma pants..and the amount of urine is not so much after i fully urined at the toilet.After i fully urined in the toilet, little bit of urine would keep coming out for about minutes i think.I when i urined in the toilet, i can see its very yellowish..i drink plain water alot since this incident occurs and stop drinking sweet water.And i feel like not eating..no appetite to eat..only eat a bit of food. So can any1 tell me whats wrg with me?
    pls i really need your help guys..any help is appreciated..thank you very much!
