Scab?

About 4 days ago i woke up with a small scab on my face, right under my lip. I didn't think anything of it, but it has been getting bigger and bigger, and there's a small spot under the big scab now, and it seems to be spreading. It first starts with something that looks like a pimple and kinda itchy. When i itch it it pops and turns into a scab. I just got a spot on my arm that looks like it. I'm hoping whats on my arm is just dry skin or something, not whats on my face. My dad gets really bad cold sores and i know what they look like, and what i have looks nothing like it. It really hurts to touch and when i pick the scab it bleeds and pusses over into another yellow scab. It's impossible to cover up and i hate going to school with it. Does anyone have any ideas!?

Same thing happened to me a while back...the doc said it was Impetigo. Stop picking at it and get a strong antibotic from your doc right away. It will only get worse if left untreated. And...yeah...it's very contagious!
