back of lower leg rash/ cold sensations on legs

I just developed this rash on lower back of legs ( calves?) 3 days ago,. It looks like a sunburn, and feels like one one, stings on one leg than the other. Im in NY and no sun here just cold weather. the rash is the bottom 1/2 of between the back of knee and the foot of legs between same place on both legs.

Now today my legs have tingled cold sensations now and then. not sure if its related, and im not diabetic ( as it points to on a medical site. I have had to undergo tests for that recently.

Not sure if the coldness and the rash are related, as ive had that cold feeling once before, but it went away. Never had this rash.

I am also facing the same problem. Searching webmd or net couldnt help.

Did yo see a doctor? What was the diagonosis?

I also developed the same problem after spending a few hours outside in the cold wind. My rash is also very itchy. Moisterizing with a mild or medicated cream seems to be helping. I also use a humidifier in my home to keep my skin from drying out so much.

no i didnt go to the docs, it seemed to go away after a week, but it was scary, both symptoms, i hope yours got better too, i used hydrocortozone cream, maybe thats what fixed the rash up.
