    Default Sex with wife is okay, but premature ejaculation if with other girl

    I get good erection and lasts about fair 10-15mins when I am with my wife. However, whenever i am with other girl, the condition is just different. I have tried at least more than 5 times with other girls and same PE happens.

    I am not sure what is wrong here. Any similar condition or am I on wrong diagnosis; perhap not classify under PE?

    i don't want to judge your personal life and don't think that i'm preaching or anything but could it perhaps be guilt or fear of being caught...something more pyschological?
