pimple like sores near vulva

i have 3 pimple like sores near my vulva.they are red and have a little cream spot in the middle. i started having sex with my partner 3 weeks ago and 1 week ago we had anal intercourse and today i started having pain in my pelvic area, thighs and legs and then i noticed the sores they are a bit painful and makes sitting uncomfortable.
my partner does not have any symptoms and we had sex a couple of times without condoms.
please help me your help will be greatly appreciated.i have even taken a few snaps of the sores let me know if it can be of any help

probably herpes; confront him (he may not know he has it) and get yourself a blood test pdq. You may need to get on antivirals for the discomfort. Get screen for all the other stds, too.

i would go to your doctor and have some testing done before confrontation. Of course judging by the date of this post it could all be over now. In any case. Blood work and perhaps a pap to check for STD's is a good idea. This could be a condition you had before you started this sexual relationship.

Genital warts comes to mind as well. They can have many forms. They are usually not itchy or painful though and can be treated if handled correctly.

My suggestion is to go to the doc and get STD testing done.

Herpes is never "all over"...she needs blood work for herpes and syphilis...but maybe the relationship is "all over".

I had a similar thing happen like that i know it's personall but do you shave because thats how i got a smiliar sore like what your describing i thought it was a pimple to but it wasn't after a few days it went away so you may not need to stress over it...
