are these numbers low. could it be hypoglycemia??
It feels like I never feel good. I get shaky, nauseous, and just feel yuk. I felt like this alot. I always complain. Most of the time, Food makes me feel better. My friend takes my blood sugars sometimes and they have been 76,81,84, 71. I know those number are still in the norm but are they low where I have to dr. I didnt want to waste my time if they were gonna say "your blood sugar is 81...your blood sugar is perfect" Or are they still considered low...I was just wondering if I was hypoglycemic

Re: are these numbers low. could it be hypoglycemia??
Hi there, i by no means am an expert in this but i do have a little knowledge in it, diabetes runs in my family.
Anything under 70 or 3.9 would be looked on as hypoglycemic, my own sugar levels use to plumet like this but quite honestly on my part it was due to bad diet, when i watch what i eat & do not let myself get hungary i can stay stable or if i feel myself go funny id eat a banana or something that would bring my sugar level back up again & id soon recover.
Bringing ur sugar levels up too fast by eating a mars bar or anything with high sugar content is not good either & only do this if u can not get anything more wholesome, its best really to look at ur diet & eating habits to control this, if there is a history of diabetes in ur family it is possible that u will also at some stage become diabetic, but if u look after urself via diet & try not to get into the habit of jumping from low to high to quickly hopefully u will delay/avoid it as along as possible.
Hope this helps, Best wishes
