Neck Ache,Foot Rash,and fever

I'm sick home from school today and i have the oddest combination of symptons. Soar throat when i swallow it feels all swollen,a 101 fever,congestion in my chest and nose. Now these are like normal i guess but i also have
A REALLY sore neck nothing weird happend but all up my head, neck, and shoulders hurts!

My ears feel like they're going to expldoe and it feels liek a plain earache

also i have this rash on my foot that is red and itchy it's in a small spot but has a spread. PLus,when i scratch it it burns!


So what the heck? Am i just rnadomly sick with tons of stuff? or could this be like bad?

Okay they diagnosed me with viral menangitis just thought i'd let you knwo so if someone has these symptons definately go to the ER and Spinal taps do not hurt that much!
