20 yr old male, i need diagnosis plz

first thing is sudden blurred vision which then leads to my left hand and the left side of my upper and lower lip to go numb, it feels like when u sleep on your arm, that tingly feeling but when i pinch the skin i cant feel it and the parts that are numb feel cold. Then comes the headache, and i then vomit til there is no more food in me and dry heave after that. this is the 3rd time its happened in a year. the next day im perfectly fine.
