Can't breath through my nose

Hello

I have had this problem that I have a hard time breathing through my nose. After I blow my nose, it gets a little easier to breath. The hardest parts are at night. Initially I breath through my nose, but when I wake up I am breathing through my mouth.

This has been going on for couple of years now. I am finally going to do something about it. I don't think it's a simple nasal congestant. I tried Nasonex already. Didn't solve the problem.

maybe try nose strips. I have a deviated septum and I have trouble too. Use your 2 first fingers and pull your nose apart on either side. If this helps the nose strips will too.
