mucus mucus from nose and chest(edited)

Please help
my Symptoms
coughing mucus
mostly always thick mucus in nose
Regular coughing mucus light green color,sometimes very light like water around 30ml a day.
regular infection in throat and nose, no much effect of weather, or food on it
i am not a smoker,
no problems in breathing, walking, running, or no fewer,no sneezing,
no pain, but sometimes due to access of coughing due to some injury blood with mucus once in two or three months for a day, no problems in sleeping at night.
if i sleep facing left or i bend down completely while standing, cough easily comes to throat.
Antibiotics are very effective but only temporarily
also doctor tested TB and TB complex but it was negetive,
initially doctor ENT doctor suspected problem with sinus and did CT scan of nose central bone to be slightly bend on one side, which was rectified upto some extent in operation they cleared nose with all blockages(i don't know what are they exactly called) also they polished to make bigger space for air flow, and i was 80% ok up to one year, no coughing no mucus.
so problem is only one mucus mucus, but due to it continues throat and nose infection, and also too much coughing sometimes injures throat and hence starts bleeding. also i tried controlling and stopping, milky products, citrus fruits, oily foods,following items in food but it did not help much

mucus is the only problem,
but no permanent solution, i am again at the same problem as it was
plzzzzzzzzzzzz help......

Yes I Know some one else who is suffering from this element and the doctors
cant diagnose it and the reason why they cant is because its spiritual and
if we look in the book of Mathews we fing ****** casting out specifi elements
of sickness. Deliverance and ***** power can help you if you need more info
