Could you really be addicted to food? If you can how would you beat it?

While it’s normal to appreciate and even love food and use it as a primary part of fun and socializing, if you find yourself anxious or engrossed about food all the time, it may not be normal. If you constantly think about what your next meal will be or even what your next meal will do to your body weight, then you could have an eating disorder. If you think you have a problem.
