    Default Inheriting Arthritis

    My mother had severe Rhemetoid Arthritis and eventually passed away from complications of that( I think). Am I at risk for developing it also? I do have joint pain but I think it is from being overweight. Sometimes I wonder though.

    Yes. You are at risk. A simple blood test can make your worrying go away.

    It's better to show your family doctor as early as possible because arthritis have the possibilities to transfer from parent to child.
