Sunken in Eyelids, and loss of eyelashes
The volume of my eyes is starting to decrease as well as losing my eyelashes... In regards to my eyelids sinking in I always notice them sinking in the tiniest bit once I wake up from sleeping from sleeing with my make up on, so i began to get into the routine of taking my eye make up off before sleep every night which made an improvement. This was about 4 years ago. Recently in the past six months it has been happening uncontrollably... I have been treating my eyes with extreme care and now I've noticed them sinking in little bit by little bit every morning when I wake up. I've had my blood checked and my iron is decent, but I've yet to figure out what is causing this, and I hope to prevent it and if possible reverse this. I constantly look tired, and my eyes are shrinking before my eyes, which is giving the illusion that my cheeks, nose and lips are protruding. I have tried different eye make up removers and notice that some actually do make a difference, but not enough. The oily ones seem to make my eyes sink in more, and the non oily ones seem to have no effect. Eye creams make them sink in more as well. I have tried going with out make up and it makes no difference. They seem to be sinking in no matter what I do.
As for my eyelashes, they have been falling out and not growing back for about 7 years, as well as my eyebrows but I have treated them with rogaine and they are looking beautiful. I have gone to several docters who have given me no answers. I have gotten my blood work checked and my iron and protein are fine.
My eyes are my favorite feature, but I feel like they are a ticking time bomb to aging in the worst way possible, and no eyelashes.

I too suffer from the same problem, and I have tried to research it also. There isn't much you can do about this. You have probably realised that we suffer from the condition known as Blepharitis. The oiler the creams, the worse your eyes get. Try avoiding all eye area with creams. Also, when you cleanse you eye lids, make sure that you have a warm compress against it, then gently squeeze the lump or infected area.
Hope this helps!
