Why would you want to reduce your haemoglobin levels?

Too much hemoglobin is dangerous. Too little hemoglobin in anemia. Sugar has no effect on hemoglobin. Do research on internet on sources of hemoglobin and try to reduce in diet.

I had therapeutic phlebotomys to bring my hemoglobin and hematocrit levels down. It took 7 pints of blood in 7 weeks to get it down to where it should be.
