Sores on ***** shaft

I have had a re-occuring pimple (?) on the shaft of my ***** for as long as I can remember. However, it has started to recently alarm me because I am on the dating scene now after a 7 year marriage (faithful) and a 1 year relationship (faithful).

In the first picture it shows my stomache leading down toward my pubic area. The areas I have circled were little pimples, but they wouldnt pop really and I figured they might be ingrown/infected hairs. No iritation at all, just looked strange, especially the 2 near my belly button?

The second picture shows 3 small pimple like blemishes on my shaft. Recently, 2 have become sore to the touch and 1 has shown some signs of redness. It has a def. white head to it but I dont know what it is? I have stopped messing with it and applied some neosporin hoping it would go away. It has kinda popped up and went away over the last 10-15 years maybe.

I have not been to the Doc yet, but what worries me is I have been dating a girl for about 2 months and we are going away this weekend and plan to have our first sexual intercourse. Now I am really sweating this. Input?

Make up an excuse and call it off. It's not fair to the girl. If it is herpes, which it doesn't look like, she would get it from the belly sores which remind me of herpes-like red spots. Maybe molluscum contagiosum? Be a big boy and have the doctor scrape one off and analyze it or definitely insist on a herpes 2 blood test. There are some other STDs and other things you can pick up. Might be warts? Who knows? No hanky panky for you this weekend..you have an emergency.

Thanks for the reply. I went to an urgie care clinic yesterday, but they were closed until monday. So I pretty much just decided to forget about it til monday. But thruout the day yesterday and into this morning, the one that was causing me most concern has nearly cleared up.

Herpes is like that. Urgent care won't help much. You need to get the lab order from your doctor. I think they need to order several lab tests, the one for syphilis, too. They would be better suited to help you than urgent care. If it's warts, your doctor will need to treat them. You'll have to request the blood test at urgent care and probably the office visit, too. They may look at it and say it doesn't look like it, and it could be it. I'd rather know for sure than hope you don't.
So what did you do about the weekend?

Its completely gone and I made a DR appt for beginning of Dec.

Herpes does go away...and then.........surprise....there it is again....blood work for it and syphillis.

I want to bump this again - I have a very similar look to a couple of pimples I have on my stomach, and two very small ones on my shaft? Molluscum?
