MS/Myelitis
So I'm confused, I had mri on lower back, cervical spinal cord, and all the way up to my brain. Well the brain, one came back fine but the others came back not so good. According to the mri I have 4 hemangiomas on spinal cord and inflamation of the spinal cord. i can't seem to quite get a clear diagnosis. One doc said i defnitely have a disease of some sort and another said it looks like ms/myelitis and another no abnormality, except he wants to do a spinal tap. What the heck am I dealing with? I am going crazy, feeling very angry and frustrated, and just tired of not feeling well. Is there anything I should do to be more proactive? I hope this makes sense! Thanks for your time!

Re: MS/Myelitis
Try looking up Arachnoiditis & see if symtoms match your problems. This is something many Drs know little about & fail to diagnose. It really is not as rare as the would have you believe. A good site for knowledge is COFWA. I thought I was crazy with my diverse symptoms until I found that site. Hope this helps

Re: MS/Myelitis
Thankyou for feed back on this disease. I talked with doc on this issue and they said even if it is that, ms,myelitis ect, there is not much treatment out there but to treat symptoms. I was advised to get spinal tap. I am frustrated not knowing! I will not give up though.
