Default strange things are happening with my thumb!

for the last few months, my left thumb occasionally moves on its own from side to side. i have also noticed my finger doing this too...
it only happens once in a while but last night it was doing it all night - im wondering if it is stress related as i was home alone last night for the first time in months as my flatmate is away so was extremely on edge.
i do worry a lot about my health but am now convinced i have some sort of neurological disease such as MS or Parkinsons.

    Please help

Yes, stress can cause hand tremors. Lay off the caffeine, invite a friend to stay with you if you are uneasy about staying alone, and get a hobby that will involve your mind so you don't think about bad diseases. ps. mine does it also and has done for about five years. Now it's kind of fun to watch. Try some yoga.

Stress can do it and neurological disorders can do that too.Do you have any other symptoms or just that?
