    Default bladder mystery

this is 2nd real bout of this problem - some minor episodes over last yr or so.
starts with uregency and frequency of urine - no pain no loss of control. Microscopic blood and trace protein in urine. Progresses to severe pain - relieved by frequent!!!!!! urination. Pain appears to be localized around urethra/clitoral/pubic bone area. Clitoris is acutely sensitive.
Total work up of bladder cytoscopy, ultrasound and cat scan of kidneys etc etc. Nothing!!! Last severe bout ended quite soon after urologist inserted catheter for cytoscopy with liberal amounts of numbing jello!
    3 weeks later, it's back!!!
atarax, dettrol not much effect. Wake up ok - pain and horrible urgrncy about 30 minutes after getting up.
Lower abdomen bloated during severe attack - bowel alternates between sluggish and very loose stools. In fact, this last attack came on the day after a bout of severe abdominal cramps and explosive diahhrheao (never have been able to spell that word!) I have lower back pain, hip and buttock pain - constant, but more severe during urine bull****.
Pelvis is rotated and am prone to muscle spasms.
    hmmmmmmmm?

do you have pain after urination that lasts for a while and then disappears?
