Extreme GAS

For 14 years I have had unbelievably stinky gas as well as diarrhea on a usual basis. As in I am constantly needing to "release" and when I do I can clear a house. As well I am embarrassed to poo at work because I can stink up the whole office in 30 seconds. I also have diarrhea daily. I have changed diets, everything I can think of but my gas is atrocious. I have no pain really but the stink is unreal. I do not really do dairy so I know thats not it. I have seen doctors and they say thats usual. But, to pass gas or need to every 5-15 minutes seems a little strange to me. My wife is about to kill me and my kids hate walking in our room. The stench even overcomes any type of spray. As well Theres nothing like waking up to your own stench and knowing it was you.....Help!!!

Do you have hemmoroids or anal fissure? maybe small one?Or did you seek any specialist for help?
