Help - Rash on both sides of neck

Hello. I am a female teenager. For the past 2 months, I have had two red patches on either side of my neck ( about where the lymph nodes are, I believe). They are itchy, but not swollen or raised. Sometimes, they get lighter and are hard to see but keep coming back.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I just started researching & can't find anything!!! The closest thing I can find online is lymphoma and hodgkin's disease which are both really bad. however, my symtoms dont totally fit since the area is not actually SWOLLEN, just red, and i dont have any other symptoms.

I have the same thing!

Both sides of my neck and it doesnt hurt or painful, it just feels rough.
I've had exams and been really stressed recently so i don't know if this could contribute!

I have the same thing, am also a teenage girl and have also recently finished exams (about 10 days ago) I also have no idea what it is....

Have you figured anything out yet?
