    Red face Unexplained Episodes

Yesterday I've experienced what I havent for the past 2 years.
    I've had my 6th episode.
My first episode was around 4 years ago.

Its hard to describe what I call an episode in a small post,
so I've summed it all here:
    http://d8o8s8.tripod.com/ManicEpisodes.htm

An online psychologist I once spoke with told me that I might be seeking attention. Another one told me I'm probably responding to stress and repressed feelings.

I promised someone that once another episode happens to me which is not self induced, Ill go to a psychologist. So now I'm seeking some rules or at least a name to define these episodes and Ill be happy to check into any diagnosis anyone would give me. So far the closest but yet far disorders who seem to be anywhere near are "Panic Attacks" just laughter instead of panic or maybe PLC (pathlogical laughter crying) just with the numbness symptom as an addition.. I don't really know.

    Thanks in advance.

You are still consulting the internet after 4 years of this problem? Go see a shrink. Medications can help.

Its not that easy, you see.

Doing the job that I do, after telling that to a shrink, they might let me go and write that in my record. I'm really trying to avoid that.
However, I've decided to see one anyway and ask them not to write anything, hoping it would work.

I'd still be glad if anyone gave me a direction.

First of all thanks for the quick reply.
Here are the answers to the questions in purple-

Air hunger? - From what I've read about this symptom, although I am diagnosed with asthma, this is not the case. Its not painful in any way as well. Its just as if I was slipping into faster and faster breathing.

feel like you will faint? - Yeah, as if I was lying calm a long time and then standing up all of a sudden. I've never actually fainted before so Its hard to say that its like that. I always feel like if I didn't move while feeling that for a few seconds I would really faint.

Even when at rest? - Yeah, I usually sit somewhere cause I don't have balance and I breath quickly. breathing speed increases along with the heart rate pumping more adrenalin. This whole deal lasts a few minutes.

dizzy, nauseas? - Not a bad drunken feeling. Yes to the dizzines but no nauseas. I feel free from any inhibitions and the loss-of-balance-dizziness reminds me the feeling of being drunk.

Is it "chemical like? - I don't know what you mean by "chemical like" but it feels different. I don't really know how to describe a smell. Its not metallic or anything.

followed by a "crash", fatigue? - On the contrary. After having so much adrenalin pumped in, I usually try to find places to run around and speak endlessly. I spend a few hours taking out energy afterwards.

I've read your posts (right), the ones that you mentioned in your reply. I don't really think thats it. One of the main things that causes me to think that, is that most of the CFS/ME and related revolves around a feeling of fatigue, which I don't have.

Lathander, please do not be "thrown off" by the "fatigue"
I'm not saying you have CFS
I'm saying that your symptoms are all indicative of an illness that is "mycoplasmic" in nature.
Below is a list of those dis-eases.
Have any of these already been ruled out by any doctors? My guess is no.
It is a place to start.
research polymerase chain reaction testing. This is how to test for mycoplasma.
Docs and scientists "broke open" human white blood cells and found the "mycoplasma" inside.
Mycoplasma has no cell wall so the "immune system" does not detect it.
It is "stealth" in nature...surely you understand that?
    Hope you are feeling better....mc

Could it be that you are in the Army in a war zone type atmosphere? There you go. I don't think you should encourage yourself to engage in these activities. Try being more positive and more logical. If you know a friend is unstable, don't go to the movies with them. Change your friends a bit. Don't do stupid things, if that is possible. Don't lay down in the road and try to make yourself have an attack. Given your situation, I would seek religious counseling and prayers.

    Thanks for the reply Monsterlove.
I'm not in a warzone atmosphere, if anything I'm in an office job atmosphere. I don't encourage myself to engage in these activities, I'm commited to them. My unstable friend is a girl I've loved for three years so its not something I could have easily changed. I avoid stupid things.

Laying down on the road and making myself have an attack was
    a. a Way for me to test if I can control it
    b. a Way for me to draw attention and enjoy the night after all
I know that b is the worst reason ever, but its addictive. At least I'm aware of that.

I'm an atheist so I don't think religious counseling nor prayers will help.
Anyway, thanks again for your advice.
