My genitals are overheating.

I first experienced masturbation when I was around 14 (I'm 17 now) and since then I never thought it was abnormal because I never cared. Even that I stopped, my male organ is always over heating, with dark red color (just like while sexual intercourse). I try to keep it as cool as possible several times a day, knowing that my whole body is often overheating as well, but it is still the same. However the problem scares me most about my genitals, and I don't know what to do. I refused to go to a doctor because I was shy of it.

Please tell me if you know a diagnosis of this case.

I too have that issue sometimes. It's normal and you can keep your low body cooler by wearing trunks instead of tight underwear. Loose clothing helps filter the hot air out or maybe even consider wearing shorts often.

Probably the only reason why your genitals are heating up are due to tight underwear, if not, briefs; also, it depends on whether you are dry humping or lubed humping. The only solution I can currently think on is to quickly take a shower to cool down... (cold shower, hot shower = big no-no)
