Green elbow skin

I have a question regarding my elbows. I'm not sure exactly what is wrong with them, but they are very dry and crusty and have a somewhat green colouring to them.
Has anyone heard of any skin/elbow conditions causing skin to turn green?

i get crusty elbows from eczema. rubbing against the arms of computer chair was the cause of it ( im prone to eczema anyways) since yours are green, it means infection has set in. You need to go to the doctors
