Successful complaints to healthcare commission?
Has anyone out there had any joy complaining to the healthcare commission about their misdiagnosis? We are at the beginning of this road due to the misdiagnosed broken back. We want patients to be able to see their own xrays - as the very badly broken bones were reported as NBI and NAD (no bony injury and nothing abnormal detected) and we want patients to sign the notes that are made so the doctor or nurse can't record a pain score of 1 when the patient can't walk at all or sit properly and has severe pain with shooting pain on top without the patient knowing about this. Has anyone else known such poor examples of record keeping?

Re: Successful complaints to healthcare commission?
I know of a person who knows of a person in which a surgical sponge was left after an operation. My aunt died as a result of a colon puncture which occured during her bariatric surgery.
