Hi I'm new here. I'm a 25 year old female. I went to the doctors this morning because I've been feeling really breathless lately. I feel like I can't get a satisfying breath. The doctor took my reading on a peak flow meter and the result was 350. He said he would have expected it to be higher than that so he has given me an inhaler to use and I have to go back in a month. Can anyone tell me what a normal reading should be for a girl my age? Thanks.
