Default Still not a clear diagnosis....CT scan vs. colonoscopy

Hello, well I will try to make this brief. I had laparoscopic surgery in August to remove endometriosis. They did remove adhesions (attached to colon) and small uterine fibroids along with the endo implants. Since September I have been in excrusciating pain (back pain, abdominal pain, pelvic pain) and suffered constipation and neurological issues (a lot of interabdominal twitching). Neurologist gave me a clean bill of health on the neurological end (no MS, Lymes disease, etc). GYN insists everything is A-OK in my pelvic exam despite a lot of pain during exam that I didn't use to have prior to surgery. An ER visit (one of many) led to a CT scan. This showed thickening of my duodenum and diverticulosis so it seemed everything was finally culminating with a diagnosis. An upper endoscopy and colonoscopy were performed last week however which apparently showed no signs of diverticulosis, ulceration, etc in my colon and my duodenum was completely normal (they took biopsies just in case). What in the world would look like diverticulosis in a CT scan and then in colonoscopy prove not to be? Could adhesions do that? If not, what else could? Has anyone else ever been through a similar situation?
